A family story

Our story began in Amman, when Mohammad and Ammar decided to build apartment buildings they would be proud to put their names on. A family company run under the direct supervision of its owners — no subcontractors making decisions for us, no detail passing without our approval.

We choose our locations carefully in Amman's finest districts — Airport Road, Prince Ali Suburb, and Al-Huwaiti — and we build at a deliberate pace: fewer projects, greater care for each one.

Our building philosophy

We believe true luxury lives in the details you can't see in photos: precise sound and thermal insulation, materials we test ourselves, and thoughtful layouts worthy of your family's life.

That's why we sell our apartments directly, with no middlemen — the one who built the home is the one best placed to tell you about it.

Luxury finishing

From the marble in the entrances to the woodwork in the bedrooms, every finish in our apartments is selected and installed under our direct supervision. One standard applies to every unit: what we wouldn't accept for our own homes, we won't offer our clients.
